This Returns Policy is part of, subject to and incorporated by reference to the Stitchery Blue – Terms and Conditions which is otherwise available here.
If any Good is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or does not match the description then please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our Customer Service Team will assist with your request. Stitchery Blue will offer a replacement Good, credit note or refund at its discretion subject to the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
If a product or shipment is lost, stolen or damaged, Stitchery Blue will not be held responsible. It is the Customer’s responsibility to report & resolve the issue with Australia Post or the third-party delivery or shipment provider.
Stitchery Blue cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal items, cosmetic and beauty items, face coverings, masks, sealed items, sale, discount and promotion items, knitting yarn, tapestries, needlecraft, knitting pattern books, and any other Good that is reasonably expected to conclude that it will not be appropriate for return or exchange after purchase.
If you wish to return a Good, you must return it to us within 14 days of purchase (or in the case of online purchases, within 14 days of you having received it).
If you wish to return a Good for a credit note or exchange, all Goods purchased must be returned undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging and you must supply proof of purchase in order to be eligible for a credit note or exchange.
Stitchery Blue does not offer refunds unless Goods are faulty.
We will evaluate your return request and send you full return instructions and return address. Any products being return to Stitchery Blue must be sent via tracked post and you must provide stitchery blue with a tracking number so that we can confirm receipt with you. The postage cost for the return will be borne by the Customer except where Stitchery Blue subsequently deems the returned Good faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or that it does not match the description on the Site in which case Stitchery Blue will refund the postage cost to the Customer.
Once we have received the Goods from you and have had the opportunity to inspect the Goods condition, we will notify you as to whether you have been approved to receive a credit note or exchange.
In the event you are required to return a Good to Stitchery Blue under this Returns Policy, you are required to contact the Customer Support Centre email@example.com at Stitchery Blue prior to shipping any Good back to Stitchery Blue. In the event your return is accepted, you will be supplied with a unique identifier – without this, your return may not be able to be processed or located.
Gift cards or eGift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash refund and are not able to be reloaded. Any unused balance will be placed in the user’s gift card or eGift card account. It cannot be transferred to other users.
